I thought peer pressure just most likely happens in school and thought that when you are old enough people and friends around you would understand that hey I got my own life and you can't just tell me to do this and to do that because that's what you want to.
I love my friends and I enjoy hanging out with them but you see there are just some instances wherein I can't go out with them. I got my own reason why and you don't have to think that I don't care about you, that I don't have time for you or that I've changed just because I seldom hang out with you.
Does that make me less of a friend if I can't go out with you after shift because hey it's almost twelve and we got work tomorrow and I don't feel like going out?
Why can't you just understand me and just let me do what I want.
You don't have to pressure me and make me feel guilty of the things that I haven't done and the decisions that I've made. You don't have to tell me that hey you're always like that. You don't wanna go out with us. And if ever you go out, it's because you are pressured.
That's really pathetic. If you're my friend, why can't you just resppect what I want? We're friends, I respect what you want, I don't pressure you or beg you to do that or this because I understand that you're not in the mood or that you just simply don't like it.
Can we just be friends and can you just give me my freedom?
I don't like being chained to your whims. You gotta understand that this is me. Is that so hard to understand?
