Watched Message in a Bottle last night. It was a good movie. I guess most of the people knew that movie. Anyway, it was heart-breaking at the end but it's a beautiful love story.
A story of love lost and found.
Theresa Osborne: If some lives form a perfect circle, other take shape in ways we cannot predict or always understand. Loss has been part of my journey. But it has also shown me what is precious. So has love for which I can only be grateful.
On the other hand, here comes, Two Weeks Notice. A 2002 romantic comedy. Of course who doesn't want a happy ending in a movie?
Anyway, I had fun watching it.
A comedy about love at last glance.
George Wade: Before you came into my life I could make all kinds of decisions now I'm addicted I have to know what you think. What do you think?
[holds up cufflinks]
Lucy Kelson: I think your the most selfish human being on the planet.
George Wade: Well that's just silly. Have you met everybody on the planet?
Lucy Kelson: George, I have an ulcer, I don't sleep well, mostly because you keep calling me in the middle of the night, and if you don't call me I dream that you're gonna call me. I think about you in the shower
[George gives her a look]
Lucy Kelson: ...not in a good way, but in an I'm-so-distracted-I-can't-remember-if-I-washed-my-hair kinda way - so I'll wash my hair twice! So I have a hole in my stomach, I'm running out of shampoo and today is the first day in my life that I did not give a thousand percent on the job. And I hate that feeling.
George Wade: This apartment is amazingly small.
[walks off]
George Wade: [comes back] It's a good thing your parents went to the movies, we would never have been able to squeeze in.
[walks off]
George Wade: [comes back] Did you know it only takes me six seconds to walk across the entire apartment? Watch.
[walks off]
And ever seen, Tortilla Soup?
A heart-warming family story. It's a light drama and comedy. Plus lots of delicious and sumptuous food. Such a wonderul movie too and suits my taste.
Carmen Naranjo: Do you know why we clink glasses before drinking?... It's so that all the five senses are involved. We touch the glass. We smell the drink. We see its color. We taste it. Hearing is the only sense that doesn't participate unless we create it.
Just watched this 2002 romance film - Sweet Home Alabama
Sometimes What You're Looking For Is Right Where You Left It.
Young Melanie: What do you want to be married to me for, anyhow?
Young Jake: So I can kiss you anytime I want.
[they kiss, and lightening strikes]
Melanie Carmichael: The truth is I gave my heart away a long time ago, my whole heart, and I never really got it back.
Melanie Carmichael: You're the first boy I ever kissed, Jake, and I want you to be the last.
Jake: Nobody finds their soul mate when they're ten. I mean, where's the fun in that, right?
