Gian and I had a skirmish. I was really irritated of the rules in the office and monitoring the calls really sucks.. I hate it. I was really irritated and annoyed about the memo that they made about giving NPA's (Notice of Personnel Action) to those who can't finish the calls monitoring at the allotted time. Whatta heck!
It's partly my fault why we had a fight... and it seemed like I was misunderstood too. I wasn't able to hold back my tears then. She wasn't also able to hold back her temper and she raised her voice surprising some of my office mates. It seemed like what happened spread out like wild fire... I don't like it when they are making it a big deal and almost everyone asked me about it.
It's my first time to have a misunderstanding with my office mate. I'm not the kind who would likely to cause any trouble, it's just that sometimes you know people may misunderstood you and sometimes you just can't hold back your patience...
Well the good thing is we were able to patch things up before the shift was over... thanks to the FII book (I was actually looking for it and she handed it to AJ so after shift, I returned the book to her and thanked her. Also I asked her if she's still mad at me and we just suddenly both laughed. Maybe we just both felt bad at that time.)
It feels good knowing that everything is okay now...
We are off to Tagaytay after shift...
